Jack Fink From The Archives - On Current Form

In a previous column, I discussed late speed greyhounds who won and then came back to win again. The principal criteria for judging whether a greyhound is losing desire or is becoming stale, is the lack of the usual early speed kick to the one-eighth call or the lack of the usual late kick in the stretch rush to the wire.
