Each time I'm a guest on a talk show I am amazed at the number of callers who want only to learn the "secret" of easy winnings at the dog track. I always prepare my notes so as to provide the most useful,timely.and pertinent information possible to those fans that I anticipate will be calling with questions about handicapping. The majority of the time these notes go unused. Instead some 90% of the callers will ask such as: "Is it profitable to bet the mutuel favorite to PLACE?".......

Greyhound News on Twitter wins Round 2

Greyhound News is the Winning Handicapper
Round 2
Pros v. Public Handicapping Contest

Greyhound News picked 4 out of 5 winners this past Saturday Night – September 18th in Round 2 of the Pros v. Public Handicapping Contest.

The contest was run against the Saturday Evening Tri-State race card.

News' 4 winners were:

Race 2 #7 (Replay): Budget Beater who won by 5 ½ lengths and paid $5.80


Race 4 #2 (Replay): Brady James Mc D – who won by a nail biting neck and paid $9.40

Race 10 # 8 ( Replay ): Rwc Strawberry – who won by 5 lengths and paid $17.40

Race 11 #8 (Replay) : CTW Unleashed – who won by ½ length and paid $5.20

Congratulations to Greyhound News and best of luck in Round 3 – which is next Saturday Night – September 25th.
