Can Riverview Stevie Remain
Undefeated?
SEMIFINALS FOR PALM BEACH KENNEL
CLUB’S $50,000 HE’S MY MAN CLASSIC SUNDAY AFTERNOON,
JANUARY 13!
CAN VETERAN RIVERVIEW STEVIE
ENTER THE FINALS UNDEFEATED?
West
Palm Beach, Fl. - Semifinal action for Palm Beach Kennel
Club’s $50,000 He’s My Man Classic takes place Sunday
afternoon, January 13.
Two
semifinal races will be contested with the top eight point
scorers earning their way into the championship final slated
for Saturday afternoon, January 19.
After 20 qualifying races, the sweet sixteen in point
earnings will go muzzle-to-muzzle to determine which eight
of these superstars will be going for the 2013 championship
and the $25,000 first-place prize.
Race
12 features the only Greyhound who has an opportunity
to enter the championship final undefeated, #5 Riverview
Stevie (Kiowa Sweet Trey - CV’s Mama Mia, Rader
Racing).
Ever
since Stevie returned from a two-month vacation late last
year, she has been unstoppable.
A
2012 All-American nominee, Stevie has owned the 545-yard
Royal Palm Course, winning all six of her races and all of
them in sub-30 second timings.
There is no doubt Riverview Stevie has her work cut
out in the Classic semifinals. She will be facing off
against her Rader Racing kennel mates #2 O Ya
Purecountry (Deerfield Site* - Another Blossom), a
two-round victor, and the defending $50,000 He’s My Man
Classic champion #3 RK’s Conk Gonk (Dragon
Fire - RK’s Tomb Raider). Added into the mix are super-early
speedsters #4 Jawa Bruiser (Trent Lee - Jawa
Whelton, Royal Racing Team) and the well-positioned #8
San Tan Big Bang (Super Lee - San Tan Geez, Steve
Gilster Kennel).
Semifinal Race 14 could be a stake event in its own
right. It’s an amazing field of talent to handicap.
Most
likely the fan favorite will be the winner of last month’s
$20,000 Dick Andrews Futurity, #5 O Ya Billy Bob
(Dodgem By Design - O Ya Cranberry, Rader Racing). However,
going by post positions, the semifinalists that appear to be
in the best spots to make the finals are last year’s $20,000
Gallagher / Kinnaird Puppy Stakes champ #1 Atascocita
Henri (Rhythmless - Atascocita Style, Suncoast
Kennel) and the consistent athlete #8 Harley Jackie
(Rhythmless - Sherri Canary, B & B Racing Kennel).

Kennel Club’s $150,000 “Big 3" Stakes series, which includes
the $50,000 James W. Paul 3/8ths Mile Derby (Saturday
